MEETING A DRIVER
The driver will meet you at the terminal with the name you used for booking on a sign. If you don’t see him straight away please wait for couple more minutes – traffic situation can cause a driver’s delay.

YOU HAVEN’T MET THE DRIVER
For such case, there is a pillar at the airport with a sign T1 ARRIVALS

The driver will do everything possible to meet you. They will have you phone number and will be contacting you in case of unexpected events. Please don’t forget to turn on your phone after landing.

If you haven’t received the message from the driver, please use Viber or WhatsApp to contact us using the number +420777738787. Wifi connection is free of charges on the premises of the airport.

YOUR FLIGHT IS EARLY
If your flight is early, you can send a message to +420777738787 or use Viber/WhatsApp with the same number and let us know that your flight was a bit early and you are waiting for a driver at the arrival hall. However, usually the driver is a bit early anyway so there should be no issue.

HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE SHOULD THE BOOKING BE DONE?
It is better to book the car at least 24 hours before your trip. If there is less time, please contact us directly so we are able to help you find a solution.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE TRANSFER?
Your transfer includes meeting you at the airport with your name on a sign, trip from Vaclav Havel airport to your hotel in Prague as well as help with your luggage. 

HOW TO PAY?
You are able to pay cash in CZK, EUR or by your credit card. If you are planning on paying by credit card, please add ONLINE BOOKING text in your message. 

CAN THE PRICE CHANGE?
The price of the transfer or any other trip is fixed – it does not depend on the season or traffic situation.

THERE IS NO SUITABLE OPTION OF TRANFER FOR YOU?

YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR FLIGHT NUMBER?
When ordering please mention the city you are travelling from and the date. Flight number can be communicated once you will find it out.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT GOT DELAYED OR CANCELLED BUT I HAVE ALREADY BOOKED THE TRANSFER?
Unfortunately, this is also one of the possible scenarios. In order to avoid any misunderstanding please let us know ASAP.

HOW TO CORRECTLY SPECIFY THE TIME? 
PLEASE SPECIFY THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AS MENTIONED IN YOUR TICKET. 
Transfer to the airport. Few important factors must be taken into consideration here. It takes approximately 30-40 mins to get the airport from Prague city center (in case of perfect traffic situation). It is always better to arrive to the airport at least 2 hours before the flight so that you can pass through controls and check in stress free. We recommend to take 3 hours in advance before the flight plus the transfer. For example, if your flight is at 12:00 you should book the car for 8:30 the latest.

- 30 mins before the arrival you will receive a message saying that the driver is already on his/her way. 
- After the trip you will be provided with the confirmation of the services. 

HOW TO SPECIFY THE HOTEL ADRESS?
Your hotel address will be always mentioned on the voucher from the hotel. Please copy that information during booking.
